Several “tasty” events are organised in February to help people cope with the cold winter time.
We start from Liguria with the event called “CIBIO, the Exhibition of high quality and biological food”, to be held in Genoa, from February 3rd to 5th. In addition to food makers presenting their stalls, including demonstrations and tastings, CIBIO deals with the themes of food and wine and environmental tourism, as well as the theme of food culture.
Lovers of high quality food and wine will gather in Milan from February 4th to 6th, at the Milan Food & Wine Festival, in a tasting area of over 1,400 square metres. It will be possible to taste wines from the most prestigious Italian makers, matched with sensational author marked dishes prepared at the moment.
From February 10th to 19th, Piazza della Repubblica in Florence will host the eighth edition of the annual Exhibition of handmade chocolates. A careful selection of craftsmen of chocolate will transmit to visitors, with mastery and passion, the importance of the tradition and of the “handmade” concept by presenting their products. The program includes many other side events.
Finally, this year again, in Morciano di Romagna, there will be the Fair of the Gourmets, the Festival dedicated to the promotion of national and international high quality food and wine, which, this year, will be held in February on Friday 17th , Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th.
