U. citizen owning a personal ID ( non E. U. citizen need to show their passaport). Ids have to have a clear picture of the person.
Yes. You can hand the trip over to a person who fulfills the appropriate requirements . Also, you have to write to the travel agency explaining that you cannot leave any longer and informing them of the handing over of your trip to another person ( including this person’s personal information. ), at least 4 days before the departure date.

The hotel manager is forced to refund any stolen objects (if stolen from your room) only if you immediately informed him/her of the robbery.
