According to the Art No. 13, Law Decree 196/03, under the law referring to the Art. No. 13, Law Decree 196/03, FORMEZ PA – Centre providing services, support, studies and training for the modernization of Public Administration, an association recognized as a legal entity of private law, under control, supervision and inspection of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Civil Service Department, the entity responsible for personal data, collected by the contact centre Easy Italia, inform that your data will be collected and processed with the only aim to provide you with the assistance and information needed, also in relation to the reported administrations. The data processing is carried out just by using computerized procedures, in the way and within the limits required for the above purposes. Your data will be kept confidential and will be only be disclosed in the form of quantitative reports to the Civil Service Department, to other public bodies with the only aim to provide the service required, or to other third parties whose right to access the data is established by laws and regulations. The *marked fields are mandatory and your refusal to provide us with such information may result in not being able to provide you with the service required; fields that are not marked as mandatory may be left blank, but this can result in our service's operators not being able to contact you back. For the above-mentioned purposes, your personal data can be disclosed to Formez Managers and Personnel working on the “Easy Italia” project. The data controller is the Press and Publishing Manager at Formez, Viale Marx n.15, Rome. An updated list of Managers who can access your data is available at the office of the HR Department Manager. Under article 7 of Italian Law No. 196/2003, you have the right to ask for your data to be deleted, changed or updated.
